Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-craft team in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will plan, implement, and optimize maintenance programs to maximise facility uptime and product quality, coordinating with production and engineering to meet schedules.
The role requires at least 5 years of production maintenance experience, strong GMP knowledge, and a track record of coaching and improving maintenance processes. Travel up to 10% may be required.
