Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AOG Mechanic for rapid response to join our team. This role involves significant structural rework and skin changes on the 737 line within a manufacturing environment in Wichita, KS. This is a major structural repair position that requires dedication and precision. Candidates need to start ASAP.

Responsibilities- Experience with skin changes/replacements is required
- Tools with rolling toolbox are required
- Ability to work 7 days per week on any shift (up to 12‑hour days) is required
- Ability to read and speak fluent English is required
- A&P License is preferred, but not required
- Experience working with Boeing commercial airframes is highly preferred
- Out of state candidates are preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Minimum of 11 years of heavy structures experience – required
- Proficiency in skin changes and replacements
- Experience with drilling, riveting, sheet metal, sheet metal assembly, and aircraft assembly
- Ability to read and communicate fluently in English
- Flexibility to work any shift and adapt to varying work schedules
- A&P License is preferred but not required
- Experience working with commercial airframes is an advantage
- Boeing experience is a plus
- Experience in aircraft structural assembly and repair, including hole layout, drilling, and fastener installation

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a manufacturing environment in Wichita, with no travel required outside the area at this time. Be prepared to work in a facility that operates multiple shifts, requiring flexibility in working hours.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100.00 – $100.00 per hour.
