Lexima is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance of hotel assets and ensure quality standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing facilities, as well as managing preventative maintenance for HVAC and electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintain a parts inventory, and assist with building maintenance. A license with chiller and boiler experience is preferred.
