Janitorial Associate

We are hiring a Janitorial Associate to support cleanliness and upkeep of a large warehouse facility. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment. This is an independent position best suited for reliable self-starters who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and work areas.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and facility guidelines.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Skills and experience required:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to stay on task in a large warehouse environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Pay rate: $15.00 an hour
