In this role, you will collaborate alongside experienced Flight Mechanics to ensure multi-engine aircraft are flight-ready for testing and customer delivery. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining mechanical excellence and safety standards.

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Mechanical Installation :
  Install line shortage items, disassemble and reassemble components, and prepare aircraft for flight tests and delivery
• System Checks & Adjustments :
  Perform functional checks, corrections, and adjustments on multi-engine systems to ensure optimal performance
• Flight Test Support :
  Assist in correcting flight test and inspection squawks to meet quality standards
• Sheet Metal Rework :
  Conduct minor sheet metal rework as needed to maintain aircraft reliability
• Tool Utilization :
  Use mechanic hand tools and devices like scales, inclinometers, tensiometers, and pressure gauges to perform precise measurements and adjustments
• Blueprint & Specification Adherence :
  Follow blueprints, routers, specifications, and checklists to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

• A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level Work Keys certification is required
• At least 3-6 months of diversified experience with jet, turboprop or piston aircraft , including phase inspections, engine troubleshooting, or servicing is required
• Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and components is helpful
• An A&P license is helpful
