QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and possess the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions. The position requires a strong working knowledge of maintenance trades, tools, and safety procedures, alongside basic computer skills. While not strictly required, three years of facility experience and an OSHA 10 certification are highly preferred.
COMPENSATION:
Grade 4 Non-Union Pay Scale $23.19-$24.97 per hour DOQ, with anticipation that the position will grow, 15 hours per week:
Monday through Friday, schedule may vary.
