Stand Lead – Concessions (Part‑Time, hourly)

PNC Field, Moosic, PA (235 Montage Mountain Rd.).

The Stand Lead oversees assigned concession locations at PNC Field, ensuring inventory control, guest service, food safety, and a teamwork environment. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash, and managing event‑specific inventory.

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers; assign duties within the stand.
• Analyze and resolve issues with the Concessions Supervisor and/or Operations Managers.
• Oversee and participate in stand set‑up and closing procedures.
• Ensure all workstations, back of stand, and storerooms remain clean and stocked.
• Order replacement stock from warehouse as needed.
• Complete necessary paperwork, such as stand sheets.
• On an event basis, ensure accuracy of location banks, opening/closing inventory, product transfers, spoilage, and employee meals.
• Maintain a quality appearance of the concessions location at all times.
• Close properly, cleaning equipment and stand for the next event; turn in paperwork.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company/venue safety and compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant, collaborative attitude toward customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Be available for non‑traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle cash and inventory efficiently.

• Availability for all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience as a food service worker or concessions stand worker (preferred).

Competitive hourly rate of $14–$15, commensurate with experience, plus a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plan.

Must lift/move/maneuver up to 30 lbs. Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Must work in all weather conditions. Exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
