Pay Overview

• Starting pay during training: $17/hour
• After training, pay is performance-based using our Allowed Hours system

What that means in real terms:

• Technicians who average 27.00–33.99 allowed hours per week earn an effective rate of $19/hour
• Technicians who average 34.00+ allowed hours per week earn an effective rate of $21/hour
• Tips are paid on top of hourly earnings (you keep 100%)

Earnings increase with efficiency, consistency, and skill development. Paid weekly via direct deposit.

This is a full-time, daytime residential cleaning position
, also commonly referred to as a house cleaner, residential cleaner, or maid service technician
.

• Monday–Friday availability required
• Core hours: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Primarily weekday work
• Occasional evening or weekend opportunities may be available but are not part of the regular schedule

This role includes a training and growth period before higher earnings begin. If you’re looking for instant top pay with no learning curve, this may not be the right fit, and that’s okay.

• Clean residential homes using a consistent checklist-based system
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
• Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment
• Communicate professionally with the office and clients as needed
• Perform recurring cleanings and occasional deep cleans

• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Able to read and communicate professionally in English
