Job Skills / Requirements

NOW HIRING - 2nd Shift Supervisor

Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AMMUST be available to work weekends

We are currently seeking experienced 2nd Shift Supervisors to oversee cleaning operations and help maintain the overall cleanliness and condition of assigned facilities.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas

Inspect building conditions and report issues to management

Assist with cleaning duties during staff shortages or as needed

Help train and support team members

Maintain quality standards and productivity throughout the shift

Essential

Duties Include:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming & dusting

Carpet extraction & floor care (strip/wax/buff)
Trash removal & recycling

Cleaning/sanitizing restrooms & locker rooms

Cleaning desks, walls, windows, entry glass, light fixtures & more

Snow/ice removal when needed

Additional custodial duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience REQUIREDFloor care/waxing experience REQUIRED Strong work history & leadership skills

Reliable transportation (evening bus routes may not be dependable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced physical environment

Must pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing/walking throughout shift

Ability to bend, lift, push & pull

Lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

High school diploma preferred but not required.
