We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and friendly Part‑Time Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. The position may lead to full‑time employment for the right candidate.

Part‑Time Residential Cleaning Technician
Compensation: $18‑22 hourly plus tip
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients’ homes are clean and tidy, providing outstanding customer service, and working around pets, dust, mildew, and various cleaning solutions.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain assigned areas of clients’ homes to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
- Follow cleaning procedures and schedules as directed by the supervisor.
- Use cleaning solutions, equipment, and tools safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the supervisor.
- Drive to and from clients’ homes using a personal vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
- Differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
- Work in a safe manner, following all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Pass a background check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and dependable.
- Friendly with good communication skills.
- Ability to work around pets, dust, mildew, and various cleaning solutions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
Candidates must be open to acquiring additional skills and knowledge through training, as needed for the role. Our company offers a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing professional growth. In line with our commitment to invest in our employees, we have a training reimbursement agreement in place. If an employee chooses to leave the company before completing one year of service from the date of training completion, they may be required to reimburse the company for the training costs incurred.
