Perform maintenance tasks including drywall, painting, plumbing, and appliance repairs;
Maintain guestroom and public space equipment; replace filters, caulk, tile/grout, doors;
Unclog toilets and sinks; touch up paint and wallpaper;
Execute planned preventive maintenance;
Maintain logs and coordinate with engineering leadership
