Express Lube Technician: Weekend Shift

Sign‑On Bonus

We are currently offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for Express Lube Technician new hires. $2,500 is payable after 90 days of employment, and the remaining $2,500 is payable after 180 days of employment.

Express Lube Technician

$30.45 - $38.28 per hour

The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance services on heavy equipment located on customer job sites or in a shop setting as needed.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work at customer job sites with minimal supervision.
• Capable of operating a boom truck or equivalent.
• Proper use of overhead and field service cranes.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment in the field and on customer job‑sites.
• Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and service software required in the position; able to complete service reports and provide pertinent details for work orders.
• Must be able to work overtime as required by job and customer demand.
• Comply with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Efficient use of supplies, with limited waste.
• Must have an excellent driving record and the ability to obtain a CDL or DOT certification.
• Extensive travel required throughout the year.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a shop service environment.
• High school diploma or GED, required.

• Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to sit.
• Regularly lift and/or up to 70 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Actual base pay may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations. In addition to base pay, the compensation package may include participation in performance‑based incentive programs, as well as overtime eligibility depending on the role.
