Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of public and common areas while meeting quality and timeliness standards. A Janitorial Person must ensure they follow the company mission statement and values. The purpose of this position is to perform custodial work in offices, warehouses, industrial areas and other building interiors.

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Clean public and common areas
• Clean and polish all public and common area floors
• Maintain storage closets clean and organized
• Accept supply deliveries as necessary
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
