Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 310 South England Street - Responsibilities:
Perform general services, repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance for rooms, public spaces, offices, back of house spaces, and grounds in and around the hotels and conference centers;
Respond to maintenance calls for systems including heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, pools, and kitchen equipment;
Move furniture and equipment and assist other maintenance staff as needed;
Ensure safety regulations are followed and communicate safety issues;
Provide on-call coverage 24 hours a day as scheduled
