Housekeeping & Apparel Worker I / Floor Technician

This position will perform a variety of housekeeping duties with the goal of ensuring cleanliness and sanitary conditions for residents and employees. The role includes maintenance, stripping, waxing, burnishing, and buffing floors.

• Experience with procedures for stripping and waxing, burnishing, and buffing.
• Experience with chemicals used during the floor cleaning process.
• Experience with stripping/waxing machine, burnishing machine, and buffing machine.
• Experience with industrial carpet shampooers, rotary carpet cleaning machines, and steamers.
