Reports to:

Team Leader/Area Supervisor/Area Team Leader

Performs custodial work in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors.

Typical tasks performed include a combination of the following:

• Sanitizing restrooms, empties trash, sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, and vacuum cleans and spot cleans carpets. Dusts and spot clean walls and polish all stainless steel i.e. water fountains fixtures.
• Dust blinds. Dust cabinets, furniture, partitions and desk tops.
• May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, walls, upholstery and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• May also sweep walk ways.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Set up carts & brutal barrels; reline brut barrels with small & large liners.
• Pull trash from offices, change liners, wipe desk tops as you pull your trash.
• Vacuum all offices and close doors after areas are done (able to lift 45 lbs).
• Detail section each night.
• Restroom cleaning.
• Set cart-up replenish supplies.
• Replenish, toilet tissue.
• Empty trash (including sanitary boxes).
• Toilet, urinals, sinks, clean thoroughly.
• Clean all walls by wiping.
• Wipe clean all stainless steel.
• Sweep floor under toilets urinals.
• Wet mop floor.
• Use air freshener.
• Restock cart for next day.

• Must be able to follow directions.
• Must be reliable and responsible.
• Must be able to mix solutions correctly.
• Must be able to report to work on time and work scheduled shift.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
