Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities:
Maintain guestrooms and public spaces in good repair to ensure an attractive property;
Interact with guests for problem resolution and high-level guest relations;
Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance and routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting);
Maintain accurate records and logs in English for inspections and maintenance activities;
Assist other maintenance staff on special projects and coordinate with engineering leadership
