Window​/Power Washing Technician

Williamsburg Landing, a mission-driven Life Plan Community in Williamsburg, VA, is seeking a Window/Power Washing Technician. In this role, you will clean and maintain windows, building exteriors, walkways, and outdoor common areas across our 137-acre senior living campus using power washing and related equipment. You will ensure safe work practices, follow infection prevention and environmental standards, and coordinate with facilities and housekeeping teams.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows, glass doors, and exterior surfaces across the campus
• Perform power washing of sidewalks, patios, siding, and other outdoor areas
• Set up, operate, and maintain power washers, hoses, and related equipment
• Follow safety procedures, including PPE use, ladder safety, and chemical handling
• Coordinate with facilities and housekeeping teams to schedule and prioritize work
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Support infection prevention and environmental standards in resident areas
• Interact courteously with residents, visitors, and staff while working
• Complete work orders and basic documentation of tasks performed
• Assist with seasonal exterior cleaning and special projects as needed
