Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking a Floral Operations Assistant to support the Floral Designer in conditioning, transporting, installing, maintaining, and storing floral materials for day-to-day and seasonal events across the Foundation.
The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional weekend/extended hours, and a valid Virginia driver’s license. Compensation is hourly with a standard schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.
