Custodial Supervisor

Lycoming College seeks a Custodial Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations across our residential liberal arts campus in Williamsport, PA. The Supervisor schedules and directs custodial staff, ensures classrooms, residence halls, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and upholds quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include training staff, inspecting work, managing supplies and equipment, coordinating with campus departments, and responding to special events or emergencies while modeling our student-centered, inclusive, community-focused values.
