Overland Aviation is hiring a Part‑Time Custodian/Groundskeeper to help maintain our top‑tier facilities at Williston Basin International Airport!

This part‑time position offers approximately 15–20 hours per week, scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. While there is no set start or end time, we offer flexibility—ideal for self‑motivated individuals who can manage their own schedule, as long as the facility stays neat, clean, and welcoming.

As a Custodian/Groundskeeper, you’ll be an essential part of our team—ensuring that both the inside and outside of our FBO reflect the same level of care and professionalism that Overland Aviation is known for.

Free airline travel benefits may be available if the applicant is also willing to assist with aircraft cleaning for Sun Country Airlines on Thursdays and Mondays from approximately 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM, during the seasonal service period from September 4th through December 15th.

Founded in 2011, Overland Aviation is a locally‑owned and operated Fixed Base Operator at Williston Basin International Airport (KXWA). We’re proud to provide a wide range of aviation services with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer care.

• Clean and maintain all office, restroom, and customer areas within the FBO facility
• Perform light and heavy‑duty janitorial tasks, including mopping, vacuuming, window washing, dusting, trash removal, and restocking supplies
• Maintain clean and tidy exterior grounds, including mowing, pulling weeds, and general landscaping
• Keep entrances, sidewalks, and exterior hangar areas free of debris and hazards
• Perform snow removal duties using shovels, snowblowers, and/or a Bobcat snow plow
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management
• Other duties as assigned by management to ensure a clean and presentable facility inside and out

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous custodial or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a consistent cleaning schedule
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check

• Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders
• Operation of lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, snowblowers, shovels, etc.)
• Ability to work outside in heat, cold, and other weather conditions
