Rathole Techs - Up to $104,000/year - Williston, ND

Noble Casing, Inc is seeking Rathole Techs for their Williston, ND operations. These individuals will assist in operating drilling equipment and perform various duties as assigned by the Rathole Team Leader. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, able to handle physically demanding work, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Wages: $60,000–$104,000 per year

• Experience level of 0-1 year
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Strong leadership and quality skills
• Ability to multi-task and work closely with fellow employees
• Thorough knowledge of safety and work standards
• Completion of all Noble and industry specific training
• CDL a plus but not required
• Ability to handle high priority projects safely and efficiently
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds or more
• Standing/walking 6-8 hours per day
• Ability to work in environments with chemicals, cold, dampness, fumes/gases, heat/humidity, noise, and at heights
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (preferred)

• Clean driving record with minimal violations as outlined in company driver criteria
