Description
Summary of ResponsibilitiesAs the leader of your crew, you will be responsible for safely performing tasks associated with the operation, rig up/down of pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard or customer location. Employees in this position will be responsible for operating and maintaining fluid pumps and other equipment during operations as well as before and after job completion. You will be in charge of the pump controls, all downhole calculations and operations.
You will be in direct contact with the customers and ensuring the job is completed to their satisfaction. You must comply with all safety standards and ensure your team does the same.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent

- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Ability to effectively communicate both oral and written
- Customer service skills
- Proficient in oilfield well servicing
- Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods of time
- Ability to multi-task and be adaptable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to supervise a crew
- Proficient in complex mathematical equations
- Ability to analyze complex downhole fluid dynamic calculations
- Understanding fluid weights, pipe dimensions, and velocity of fluids
- 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Class A with air brakes. Tanker and HAZMAT a plus
- Ability to be on location for extended periods of time
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Leadership skills

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weigh measurement, volume, and distance. Must have the ability to learn and analyze complex downhole fluid dynamic calculations. This job will require proficiency in fluid weights, velocity, and pipe dimensions.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
