Overview

Crew Member – Apartment Turnovers & Common Area Cleaning (Full-Time, Day Shift)

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Crew Member to help keep our apartment communities clean, fresh, and move-in ready. This role focuses on apartment turnovers and maintaining common areas.

• Full-time, day shift
• Average 35 hours per week
• Consistent weekday schedule (occasional flexibility appreciated)

• Clean vacant apartments during move-outs/move-ins (turnovers)
• Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, stairwells, lobbies, laundry rooms, etc.)
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
• Remove trash and light debris
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
