Field Service Technician - Lebanon, NH​/White River Junction, VT​/Enfield, NH

About the Role

Field Service Technician responsible for delivering high-level service on Canon-supported products, maintaining routine equipment, and ensuring compliance with Service and Parts Standards.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues, including documentation and record keeping.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on‑site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain technical information, Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Exhibit strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain machine performance, helping achieve branch/district metric targets.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the 120-day introductory period and PDIF (Printing & Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; ability to travel.
• Required to obtain any needed security or other clearances required by customers.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
• Compliant with customer policies, including COVID-19 vaccination and related protocols.

Anticipated hourly rate: $19.00 – $26.31.
