This temporary onsite position is located at Willmar MnDOT, with a duration of approximately 5 months (mid-May 2025 - mid-October 2025). The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining building floors and hallways, windows, ceilings, and walls
- Cleaning and maintaining supplies in restrooms
- Performing grounds maintenance
- Cleaning assigned state-maintained sidewalks and parking lots
- Operating, maintaining, and making minor repairs on building and mechanical equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of different types of flooring and cleaning methods
- Familiarity with chemical cleaning agents and safe handling procedures
- Ability to use hand and power tools for maintenance and minor repairs
- Knowledge of painting products and application processes
- Class D Driver’s License
