Equipment Detailer - Willmar

EQUIPMENT DETAILER Responsibilities

• Washes, cleans and details equipment
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required in the detailing process
• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
• Performs light maintenance on dealer owned sales and rental equipment
• Performs light maintenance on customer equipment
• Delivers customer equipment
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments
• Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties
• Exhibits a constant commitment to customer service
• Promotes the service department to customers including service work, inspections, and parts

• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
• Maintains a tidy, professional personal appearance
• Reports to work on time
• Employs good time-management skills and has the ability to work independently
• Demonstrates good work ethic
• Communicates effectively one-on-one and in groups
• Maintains positive, professional working relationships dealership wide
• Works cooperatively with co-workers and management
• Exhibits a constant commitment to customer service, promoting the dealership to customers
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Completes required training
• Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products

• Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in the machinery reconditioning and pre-delivery processes
• 1+ years detailing experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Knowledge of using safety equipment required to complete tasks
• Able to bend, lift and carry
• Experience using standard desktop applications like Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently

Haug Implement Co. provides an estimated base pay range. The actual starting pay offer will account for our overall wage and benefit package, applicant experience, training, and skill, and internal equity among our existing employees. This is an hourly position with a potential hiring offer range of $ based on factors listed above.
