Job Description & How to Apply Below
Perform routine HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and finishing maintenance on facilities, equipment, grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, etc.;
Service HVAC equipment through preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance cycles.;
Troubleshoot, provide maintenance and repairs of HVAC, pumps, motors, electrical systems, plumbing systems; inform supervisor of supply/equipment needs.;
Complete assigned work orders within 24-48 hours and maintain readiness for regulatory surveys.;
Escort vendors, assist with inventory, conduct training, and serve as a working team leader as needed; coordinate maintenance with other departments.
