Service Manager

Weiss North America Inc, a leader in manufacturing automation, seeks a Service Manager to oversee Facilities, Maintenance & Asset Management. In this role, you will lead a maintenance team, optimize equipment reliability, and manage facility operations to support safe, efficient production. Responsibilities include developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing vendors and capital projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will leverage data and CMMS tools to drive continuous improvement, control costs, and extend asset life.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities, maintenance, and asset management operations for a manufacturing plant, ensuring equipment uptime and reliability.
• Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS and data-driven approaches.
• Manage maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors, fostering a safety-first and continuous improvement culture.
• Plan and execute capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements within budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards while optimizing energy use and operating costs.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership to align maintenance strategies with business goals.
• Track KPIs, analyze downtime trends, and present performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support employee development through training, mentoring, and performance management.
