Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to assist in the general maintenance of the facility for the safety and well‑being of our seniors and employees alike.
Monday – Friday Schedule on Day Shift
Overtime and on call might be required

- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment
- Maintain/repair mechanical and electrical equipment (washers, dryers)
- Setup and adjust TVs
- Replace and repair electrical fixtures and circuits
- Perform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers’ packings, and drain lines
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment
- General Painting
- Other related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Previous maintenance experience is required
- Previous healthcare experience is highly desirable
