Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Interior Designer to bring inspiring spaces to life through creative vision, technical expertise, and meticulous project management. • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential projects, including space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting design
• Create detailed drawings and presentations using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino3D, and 3ds Max to visualize design ideas effectively
• Produce high-quality renderings and 3D models to communicate design intent clearly to clients and project teams
• Prepare construction detail documentation and specifications that meet building code compliance and safety standards
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously by coordinating timelines, budgets, and client expectations
• Conduct building code analysis and ensure all designs adhere to local regulations and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with clients through regular communication to refine designs, present proposals, and incorporate feedback seamlessly

• Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing residential interior projects
• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam for drafting, presentations, and graphic design
• Skilled in 3D modeling for architectural visualization using tools like 3ds Max or Rhino3D
• Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools for efficient project coordination
• Strong understanding of construction detail documentation and renovation processes
• Ability to analyze building codes and ensure building code compliance throughout all phases of design
• Excellent client communication skills with a proactive approach to managing design projects from concept through completion
• Familiarity with lighting sales, lighting design principles, color theory, and remodeling processes is preferred
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively
