The Testing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all standardized testing responsibilities, including communications with testing organizations, coordinating proctors, organizing materials, monitoring exams, training proctors, and supporting administrative needs of school departments and the Principal’s Office.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the administration of all standardized and college admissions exams at Loyola Academy.
  • Oversee administration of the following standardized tests:
    • PSAT/NMSQT, National ACT and SAT
    • PSAT and SAT exams during the school year
    • National ACT and SAT tests given during weekend hours, including Multiple Day Testing
    • Advanced Placement exams in the spring of each academic year
    • Supports High School Placement Test (HSPT) and Loyola's Entrance Exam
  • Recruit and train test proctors for all exams.
  • Manage the AP Course Audit system, ensuring courses are approved each year.
  • Manage the AP Registering and Ordering process throughout the academic year.
  • Manage and oversee the AP payment process.
  • Communicate with AP teachers regarding test preparation and registration processes.
  • Act as primary point of contact with testing agencies such as ACT, College Board, Compass, and Academic Approach.
  • Coordinate proctors for students who require extended time for standardized tests.
  • Support the Academic Interventionists with extended time and special testing requests, following up on paperwork and proctoring needs.
  • Report to the AP for Student Success and adhere to school calendar, including weekend and summer exam days.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a high school setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail, along with effective communication.
  • Extensive proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs, and ability to learn database management.

Hourly Wage: $28 - $30 per hour
