Description:
District 39 is seeking teachers who are child-centered professionals with a high degree of energy, flexibility, and initiative, as well as well-developed interpersonal skills. Expectations are that teachers will practice reflective teaching strategies and seek continuous self-improvement.
Qualifications:- Valid IL educator licensure with proper endorsement(s).
$61,877.70 minimum annually with benefits. Actual compensation based on education and experience.
Salary and Benefit Information:- access to health insurance, dental insurance, long-term disability insurance, and life insurance.
- Some tuition reimbursement is available for graduate-level courses in the field of education.
- Tier 2 TRS employees may be eligible for additional retirement savings benefits.
- All applicable benefits can be found in the current WEA contractual bargaining agreement.
