Overview
Merrill Wealth Management is a leading wealth management provider offering comprehensive investment services, including retirement, education, legacy, and other financial goals. As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), you will begin by obtaining securities industry licenses and learn foundational advisory skills. Once licensed, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Complete Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 exams under dedicated study time.
- Develop core advisor skills such as building and managing client relationships, analyzing clients’ financial pictures, and guiding them with personalized solutions.
- Assist in delivering banking, investment, and client‑care services at a financial center.
- Demonstrate success to progress to the next stage of the program and continue building a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.
- Goal‑setting mindset and achievement orientation.
- Comfort with a sales role and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.
- Clear and confident communication with diverse clientele.
- Collaborative teamwork and productive work style.

- Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Experience assessing client needs, recommending solutions, and managing client relationships.
This role requires SAFE Act registration. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
Shift1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.
PayHourly rate: $28.85 – $33.65, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
