Position Overview
This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions using self‑service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM). The primary responsibility is accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and providing deep conversations that help clients connect to solutions meeting their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial‑center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Effective collaborator, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

- Confidence in educating clients on simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients' needs.
- Adherence to established processes and guidelines, respecting all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficient time and capacity management, focused on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including being scheduled at any financial‑center location within reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash‑handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).

Salary & BenefitsPay Range: $25.00 - $26.77 per hour (based on experience, education, and skill set).
This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
