• Closing reports at the end of each night
• Maintain responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and the safety of guests, and have authority for hotel operations while on duty.
• Have a working knowledge of reservations procedures, take reservations, and know cancellation procedures and Walk Policy.
• Check in guests, showing a classic “customer service” smile, and always having fun with the awesome team. Help answer guest questions and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

• Strong computer skills.

• Ability to multitask with limited supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
