Position: Staff Nurse, Infant Special Care Unit-1

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 — the hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Sign On Bonus
  • $25,000 sign‑on bonus (eligible with a minimum of 18 months NICU/ISCU experience).

What You Will Do
  • Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU.
  • Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
  • Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
  • Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high‑quality patient experience.
What You Will Need
  • Education:

    Graduate of an NLN‑accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
  • Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA).
  • License:
    Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
  • Experience:

    1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year ISCU experience preferred.
  • Unique or Preferred

    Skills:

    NICU/ISCU experience.
