Position Overview
We are seeking a registered nurse for a school nurse position at Marie Murphy Junior High School & Avoca Community Preschool. The school nurse manages school-wide health programs, dispenses medication, takes the lead in medical crisis and emergency situations, supports staff and students’ physical well-being, and works in partnership with our elementary school nurse.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse
- IEP designee
- Hearing & Vision certification
- CPR certification
- ISBE Professional Educator License endorsement in school nursing (preferred)
