Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80

Hours:

Night shift 19:00-07:30; weekend and holiday requirements per level agreement

• Level 1: 32-72 hrs.
• Level 2: 73-110 hrs.
• Level 3: 111-144 hrs. / per 6-week schedule

Travel: among Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park and Skokie

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.

• License:
  Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR ACLS Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum two years of recent acute care clinical experience in critical care. Telemetry competence required; must be demonstrated within 14 days of hire by passing online telemetry test.
