Position Overview

Lilly Pulitzer is looking for a Keyholder to assist with the daily operations of the retail store. The role involves sales, client experience, and safeguarding store assets.

• Assist with daily store operations, including sales and client experience.
• Safeguard the assets of the store and maintain cash transaction accuracy according to operating procedures.
• Act as an elevated team member by exercising decision‑making and multitasking while prioritizing service.
• Open and close the retail store.
• Resolve client‑related issues promptly and, when necessary, escalated to store management.
• Provide continuous feedback to the store management team on selling opportunities and successes.
• Maintain the visual and operational standards set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Understand Lilly Pulitzer’s concept, lifestyle, client, merchandise, heritage, and core values.
• Drive sales goals by providing an exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
• Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer’s selling culture and ensure a positive client experience.

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Pay Range: $17.00/hour – $20.00/hour, based on qualifications, geography, and local wage laws

• Bonus and/or commission may be offered
