Sales Operations Internship; crm & Data Management

We are seeking a Sales Operations Intern (BDR Support) interested in CRM management, data quality initiatives, and sales database maintenance.

• Clean and maintain CRM records including contact and company information
• Conduct company research to gather relevant details like location, industry, and assets under management (AUM)
• Identify and verify decision‑makers for business development
• Review CRM data for accuracy and perform quality checks
• Identify and clean duplicate records in the database
• Assist with data imports, exports, CRM filtering, segmentation, and reporting projects
• Support lead qualification by understanding Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
• Maintain compliance with documented CRM and sales operations procedures

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent internet research and analytical abilities
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Gain hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho CRM
• Develop skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development processes
• Learn data validation and quality assurance practices
