A community care facility located in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to assist in repairs and maintenance of the building and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities also include routine maintenance tasks, repairing electrical and plumbing systems, and assisting with resident transportation.
