** As a Boiler Operator you will** **:*
* + Operate boiler and chiller plant systems and operating machinery according to specified parameters.
+ Perform routine tests on boiler water and chill water systems and treats those systems chemically to maintain specific standards.
+ Perform preventative maintenance and repair maintenance on boiler and chiller plant machinery.
+ Respond to boiler and chiller plant emergencies according to operating instructions.
+ Conduct cleaning of plant spaces, equipment, and piping.
+ Report to Chief Boiler Operator.
+ Other duties as assigned

* Minimum Qualifications:
*
* + High School graduate
+ Completion of an approved course in high pressure steam boiler operations.
+ Current Fireman License with the City of Wilmington
