Description

As the Building Services Coordinator
,you are responsible for the overall maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident rooms/apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems. As a leader, you are responsible for ensuring delivery of industry-leading services and maintaining high quality standards.

• Skills:
  
  Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner

  Experience:
  
  1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs as required to ensure residentcomfort and safety, preventive maintenance of building, and ground maintenance
