Experienced Technician. If you can stay calm under pressure, diagnose accurately, and complete repairs right the first time, we’d like to talk to you.
THE DAY TO DAY- Diagnose fast and accurately to pinpoint the root cause and build a clear repair plan
- Deliver maintenance and repairs to a high standard—clean work, every time
- Tackle electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension, and general repairs
- Manage your bay efficiently—prioritize, stay organized, and keep jobs moving
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts to keep approvals clear and parts moving
- Document findings and recommendations clearly with pro‑level notes, no surprises, no confusion
- Perform quality checks so every vehicle leaves safe, correct, and road‑ready
- Audi, Volkswagon, or Porsche experience preferred
- Hands‑on knowledge of vehicle systems, plus the drive to keep learning
- Technical certifications and/or formal training
- Strong diagnostics—customer concern to confirmed fix
- Clear communication with advisors/parts and clean documentation
- Quality‑focused execution: read ROs fast, work accurately, don’t cut corners
- Time management and productivity—estimate work and keep jobs on track
- Ownership mindset—work independently and take responsibility for results
