Maintenance Technician - Headwaters at Autumn Hall

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies, safety standards, and codes;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work;
Follows procedures to obtain materials and supplies from the maintenance department, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-ordering;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage, and performing general upkeep
