The Michaels Organization is seeking a hands-on Custodian for our Wilmington, Delaware properties. You will perform exterior and interior cleaning, light maintenance, and assist with turnover tasks to keep units ready for new occupancy.
Applicants should have a high school diploma (preferred) and be able to read, speak, and understand work instructions in English. Willingness to work evenings or weekends for emergencies is a plus; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
