Monitor and adjust Building Management System (BMS) for efficient building operation;
Design, manage, and improve preventative maintenance programs;
Engage vendors for routine/preventive maintenance across BMS, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and generators;
Respond to and troubleshoot emergency maintenance issues and after-hours calls;
Develop reports and KPIs on building efficiency and performance
