Job Description:

The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the property. Duties include picking up grounds and trash, removing items from vacant apartments, moving furniture, and performing minor maintenance tasks to prepare apartments for new tenants, such as changing light bulbs, fixtures, blinds, and air filters. The technician will also handle light plumbing repairs, tighten towel bars and toilet seats, install shower rods, replace drip pans and burners, and perform general caulking.

They will inspect units for damages, ensure properties are move-in ready, and occasionally clean buildings and units as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to push, lift, pull and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to use hands and fingers. Ability to bend, stop and crawl. Ability to walk and climb stairs. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must have previous experience operating Gerber or similar CNC cutting/router machines preferred. Knowledge of fabric/textile handling and cutting processes. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Gerber Cutter/Router Operator to support our fabric cutting and production operations. The operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating Gerber automated cutting equipment to cut fabrics.

Must have the ability to apply basic arithmetic in daily tasks, the ability to interpret work orders, CAD patterns, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cutting layouts.
