• Oversee Daily Operations :
  Manage all aspects of property maintenance , including repairs, installations, and routine inspections, with a focus on high quality and timely completion.
• Lead with Excellence :
  Lead, train, and motivate your team to maintain company standards, respond promptly to requests, and support an outstanding living experience.
• Hands‑On :
  Diagnose and fix a wide range of areas, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Welcoming Spaces :
  Inspect new units that are coming online. Inspect all vacancies to determine make‑ready needs and e nsure quality turns for our new residents by creating a welcoming and comfortable living space.
• Preventative Maintenance :
  Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment, building systems, and amenities operate optimally and meet safety standards .
• Safety First :
  Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and your team members.

• Knowledge : 3+ years of experience in maintenance or property management, with prior leadership experience in a multi‑family environment preferred.
• Skills :
  Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance; ability to lead and develop a team.
• Hands‑On :
  
  You own and know how to use basic hand and power tools , can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
• Certified : HVAC/EPA Certification required .
• Trustworthy :
  Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening .
• Work Ethic :
  Highly organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction and team excellence.

The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from$26 to $29 per hour.
